Product Description

1. Ultra-long Alkyl Modified Silicone Synthetic Monomer

This product is a high-stability monofunctional alkyl chlorosilane with ultra-long triacontyl saturated alkyl chain and dimethyl silicone structure. It can undergo controllable hydrolysis and graft copolymerization to introduce ultra-long hydrophobic alkyl segments into silicone molecular chains. It significantly improves the lipophilicity, high-temperature lubricity and anti-crystallization performance of conventional silicone materials, and is a core monomer for synthesizing high-grade low-surface-energy silicone polymers.

2. Ultra-stable Superhydrophobic & Lipophobic Surface Modifier

The ultra-long triacontyl alkyl chain possesses extremely low surface energy and excellent chemical inertness. The reactive Si-Cl bond can form stable covalent grafting with hydroxyl groups on inorganic substrate surfaces including glass, metal, ceramic and silica. It constructs a dense and thick hydrophobic and lipophobic protective layer, endowing materials with long-term superhydrophobic, antifouling, self-cleaning and anti-icing functional characteristics.

3. High-temperature Resistant Lubrication & Release Agent

Benefiting from the ultra-long saturated alkyl molecular structure, the monomer has excellent high-temperature lubricity, friction reduction and pressure resistance. After surface grafting modification or resin blending, it can effectively reduce the surface friction coefficient of polymers and coatings, improve high-temperature scratch resistance and wear resistance, and maintain stable lubrication and release performance under long-term high-temperature working conditions.

4. High Weathering & Barrier Protective Material Additive

The ultra-long saturated alkyl skeleton has outstanding UV aging resistance, thermal oxidation stability and water vapor barrier performance. It can be applied to outdoor high-grade protective coatings and polymer materials to form a dense hydrophobic barrier network. It effectively blocks the penetration of moisture, oxygen and corrosive media, significantly improving the weather resistance, anti-aging performance and long-term service durability of materials.
