1. Directional Curing Silicone Functional Precursor
This product is a high-performance asymmetric single-ended reactive polydimethylsiloxane with unique monofunctional trimethoxy hydrolytic active groups and single-ended inert silicone structure. Different from traditional double-ended reactive silicone polymers, it achieves unilateral controllable hydrolysis and condensation cross-linking reactions. The directional curing mode effectively avoids excessive cross-linking density and internal stress accumulation, making it an ideal precursor for preparing low-stress, high-toughness silicone modified composite systems.
2. Organic-inorganic Interface Directional Modifier
English: The terminal trimethoxy group can undergo efficient hydrolysis and covalent bonding with hydroxyl groups on the surface of inorganic fillers, glass, metal oxides and other inorganic substrates. The inert PDMS chain segment is stably distributed on the organic phase side, realizing ordered interface structure arrangement. It eliminates interfacial defects caused by random cross-linking, significantly improves interface compatibility and bonding strength, and enhances the overall uniformity and structural stability of composite materials.
3. Low-stress Waterproof & Anti-fouling Coating Modifier
The flexible inert PDMS backbone possesses ultra-low surface energy and excellent hydrophobic, oleophobic and antifouling properties. Through single-ended fixed-point cross-linking, the silicone segment stably anchors in the coating resin matrix and regularly migrates to the film surface, forming a uniform, smooth and durable low-surface-energy protective layer. 4. High-durability Weather-resistant Material Reinforcer
The stable inorganic Si-O-Si main chain has excellent thermal oxidation stability and ultraviolet aging resistance. The asymmetric single-ended curing structure maintains moderate cross-linking density, which endows the modified material with excellent medium barrier performance and structural flexibility. It can effectively resist the erosion of moisture, oxygen and harsh outdoor environments, significantly improving the long-term weather resistance, dimensional stability and service durability of protective coatings and polymer composites.
