1. Heterocyclic Functional Silane Synthetic Monomer
This product is a high-activity heterocyclic functional silane monomer containing pyridine polar heterocyclic structure and three hydrolyzable meth-oxy groups. It can undergo hydrolysis and polycondensation reaction to introduce polar pyridine functional segments into silicone molecular chains. It breaks through the low-polarity limitation of traditional alkyl silicone materials, endowing silicone polymers with unique chemical activity, coordination performance and functional modification characteristics.
2. High-efficiency Metal Adhesion Promoter
The pyridine heterocyclic group has excellent chelating and coordination ability with metal surfaces. It can form stable chemical coordination bonds with iron, copper, aluminum and other metal substrates, while the siloxane segment realizes firm bonding with coating resins. It significantly improves the interfacial adhesion between coatings, adhesives and metal surfaces, effectively solving the problems of poor bonding and easy delamination of traditional systems on metal substrates.
