1,1,1,3,5,5,5-Heptamethyl-3-[(trimethylsilyl)oxy]trisiloxane is a fully methyl-substituted branched trisiloxane with ultra-low viscosity, high structural symmetry and excellent molecular stability. The completely saturated inert methyl siloxane skeleton eliminates active reactive groups, providing outstanding thermal stability, low volatility and low surface tension characteristics. It can be used as a high-purity basic building block for the polymerization and blending of linear and branched silicone fluids, effectively regulating system viscosity, improving molecular chain uniformity, and reducing internal stress of silicone products. It avoids residual reactive groups and impurity defects in conventional silicone monomers, and is widely applied in the preparation of high-purity lubricating silicone oil, diffusion pump oil and high-stability industrial silicone fluids.

2. Ultra-Low Surface Tension Wetting & Leveling Agent for Coatings

Benefiting from its branched fully methylated siloxane structure, this trisiloxane molecule presents extremely low surface energy and excellent interfacial spreading performance. It can rapidly reduce the surface tension of water-based and solvent-based coating systems, effectively improving substrate wettability, eliminating shrinkage cavities, fish eyes and pinhole defects during film formation.
