Product Description

1. Silicone-modified Acrylic Resin Synthesis 

As a branched trisiloxane functional monomer, it undergoes copolymerization with conventional acrylic monomers to introduce high-activity siloxane segments into polymer molecular chains. It effectively improves the low surface energy, weather resistance, thermal stability and water repellency of acrylic resin materials.

2. Superhydrophobic Self-cleaning Antifouling Coatings 

It is widely applied in the preparation of high-performance superhydrophobic and oleophobic coatings. The unique siloxane structure can spontaneously migrate to the coating surface to form a dense low-surface-energy protective layer, endowing the coating with excellent antifouling, anti-corrosion and self-cleaning properties.

3. Biomedical Material Surface Modification 

This monomer is used for surface modification of medical polymers and implantable biomaterials. It can significantly reduce surface protein adsorption and platelet adhesion, optimize material biocompatibility, and is suitable for medical catheters, contact lenses and tissue implantation materials.

4. Electronic Packaging & Photoresist Functional Materials 

Serving as an electronic-grade functional monomer, it is applied in photoresist materials, insulating dielectric films and electronic packaging adhesives. It possesses outstanding dielectric performance, ultraviolet aging resistance and moisture barrier property, and has good polymerization compatibility with acrylic electronic material systems.
