1. Silicone Modified Acrylic Resin Modification
This product is a dual-functional silicone acrylic monomer containing polymerizable methacrylic double bond and flexible trisiloxane structure. It can be copolymerized with acrylic monomers to introduce low-surface-energy siloxane segments into resin chains, significantly improving the flexibility, hydrophobicity, weather resistance and film-forming toughness of acrylic resins without affecting the basic curing performance of the system.
2. High-adhesion Industrial & Waterproof Coatings
The unique hydroxyl functional group in the molecular structure can form hydrogen bonds with substrate surfaces, effectively enhancing the interfacial adhesion between coating and metal, plastic, glass and other substrates. Combined with the hydrophobic siloxane structure, it endows the coating with excellent waterproof, anti-permeability and adhesion durability, suitable for high-demand industrial anti-corrosion and waterproof coating systems.
3. Polymer Toughening & Compatibility Modifier
It has excellent compatibility between organic silicone segments and organic polymer systems. It can be used as a toughening and compatibilizing modifier for composite polymer materials, effectively improving the interfacial bonding force between organic and inorganic phases, solving the problem of poor compatibility of silicone modified materials, and enhancing the mechanical toughness and structural stability of composite materials.
4. Functional Coating for Electronic & Optical Materials
The monomer features low surface tension, high light transmittance and stable dielectric properties. After curing, it can form a transparent, smooth and wear-resistant silicone acrylic film. It is widely used in optical protective coatings, electronic device surface protective films and insulating coatings, providing scratch resistance, anti-fouling and moisture-proof protection for optical and electronic components.
