Product Description

1. Silicon-modified Polyamide Synthetic Monomer

This product is a typical bifunctional amino-disiloxane monomer specially used for silicone-modified polyamide materials. It can undergo polycondensation reaction with polyamide monomers to introduce flexible disiloxane segments into polyamide molecular chains, effectively overcoming the brittleness and poor low-temperature resistance of traditional polyamides, and improving the toughness, low-temperature flexibility and surface smoothness of polyamide materials.

2. High-toughness Polyurethane & Epoxy Resin Modifier

 With double-terminal active amino groups, it can be used as a chain extender and modifier for polyurethane and epoxy resin systems. The incorporated disiloxane flexible structure can significantly reduce the internal stress of cured resins, enhance material toughness, wear resistance and thermal stability, and endow polymer materials with excellent anti-aging and fatigue resistance.

3. Organic-inorganic Interface Coupling & Compatibilizer 

 It exhibits excellent interface bonding performance, which can effectively connect organic polymer matrices and inorganic fillers such as silica, glass powder and metal oxides. It optimizes interfacial compatibility, eliminates composite internal defects, and significantly improves the mechanical strength, water resistance and weather resistance of polymer composite materials.

4. High-performance Waterproof & Anti-corrosion Coating Intermediate 

The stable disiloxane skeleton and reactive amino groups enable it to be applied in the synthesis of high-performance waterproof and anti-corrosion coatings. It can form dense cross-linked films after curing, providing excellent water barrier, chemical corrosion resistance and adhesion to metal and concrete substrates, suitable for industrial anti-corrosion and building waterproof engineering.
