Product Description

1. High-temperature Resistant Silicone Resin Synthetic Monomer

This product is a rigid aromatic silicone diol monomer with a central phenylene rigid structure and double terminal reactive silanol groups. It can undergo dehydration polycondensation with silane monomers to construct high-rigidity silicone resin networks. The introduced benzene ring skeleton effectively improves the thermal decomposition temperature, thermal oxidation stability and structural rigidity of traditional silicone materials.

2. High-rigidity & High-strength Silicone Polymer Modifier 

Different from flexible aliphatic silicone monomers, the rigid phenylene structure can significantly compensate for the low hardness and poor mechanical strength defects of conventional polysiloxane materials. It is widely used to modify silicone rubber, silicone elastomers and silicone coatings, effectively enhancing surface hardness, tensile strength and structural dimensional stability of polymer materials.

3. Low Dielectric & High Insulation Electronic Functional Materials

The molecular structure features low polarity, low dielectric constant and excellent electrical insulation properties. After cross-linking and curing, it forms a dense and stable insulating film with low dielectric loss and high breakdown voltage. It is suitable for the preparation of electronic insulating coatings, high-frequency and high-speed substrate materials, and precision electronic packaging materials.

4. High Weatherability & Anti-aging Functional Coatings 

The stable aromatic silicon-oxygen skeleton has excellent UV resistance and radiation resistance. It can be copolymerized into coating resin chains to improve the UV aging resistance, thermal aging resistance and chemical corrosion resistance of coating systems, solving the problem of easy yellowing and pulverization of ordinary silicone coatings under long-term outdoor service conditions.
