1. Ultra-low Surface Energy Fluorosilicone Synthetic Monomer
This product is a high-activity fluorinated aromatic chlorosilane monomer containing pentafluorophenyl functional structure and reactive Si-Cl bonds. It can undergo hydrolysis and copolymerization reaction to introduce high-stability perfluorophenyl segments into silicone molecular chains. It effectively reduces the surface energy of silicone materials and prepares high-performance fluorosilicone polymers with excellent hydrophobic and oleophobic properties.
2. Superhydrophobic & Superoleophobic Antifouling Coating Modifier
The unique pentafluorophenyl structure has extremely low surface polarity and excellent chemical inertness. During film formation, fluorosilicone segments spontaneously migrate to the coating surface to form a compact fluorine-rich protective layer. It significantly improves the antifouling, anti-adhesion, water and oil repellent performance of coatings, suitable for high-end self-cleaning and anti-fouling coating systems.
3. High Chemical Resistance & Corrosion-resistant Material Intermediate
The fully fluorinated benzene ring skeleton possesses excellent solvent resistance, acid and alkali corrosion resistance and oxidation stability. Copolymerization of this monomer can effectively compensate for the defects of ordinary silicone materials with poor resistance to strong chemical media. It is widely used in the preparation of industrial anti-corrosion coatings and chemical resistant functional polymer materials.
4. Low-dielectric & High-stability Electronic Functional Material
The fluorinated aromatic structure has ultra-low dielectric constant and dielectric loss, as well as excellent high-frequency insulation stability and moisture barrier performance. After curing and crosslinking, it can form high-insulation and low-polarity polymer films, which can effectively improve the high-frequency electrical performance and environmental stability of electronic packaging and insulating coating materials.
