1. High-performance Fluorosilicone Polymer Synthetic Monomer
This product is a high-activity trifunctional fluorinated chlorosilane monomer with three reactive silicon-chlorine bonds and stable pentafluorophenylpropyl functional segments. It can undergo uniform hydrolysis and polycondensation reaction to introduce high-inertness fluorinated aromatic groups into silicone molecular chains, efficiently synthesizing high-crosslinking-density fluorosilicone resins and fluorosilicone elastomers with ultra-low surface energy.
2. Superhydrophobic & Oleophobic Self-cleaning Coating Additive
The rigid pentafluorophenyl structure features extremely low surface polarity and excellent chemical inertness. During the curing and film-forming process of coatings, fluorine-rich segments migrate and enrich on the material surface to form a compact and stable low-surface-energy protective layer, which endows the coating with durable antifouling, anti-adhesion, waterproof and oil-proof functions, suitable for marine and outdoor high-end self-cleaning coating systems.
3. Heavy-duty Anti-corrosion & Chemical Resistant Material Modifier
The fully fluorinated aromatic skeleton has excellent resistance to acid, alkali, organic solvents and oxidative corrosion. The trifunctional crosslinking structure significantly improves the crosslinking density and structural compactness of polymer materials, effectively making up for the deficiencies of ordinary silicone materials in poor resistance to harsh chemical media, and is widely used in industrial heavy anti-corrosion and chemical equipment protective coatings.
4. Low-dielectric High-frequency Electronic Functional Material Intermediate
This fluorosilane monomer has ultra-low molecular polarity and dielectric loss, and exhibits stable insulation performance under high-frequency and high-temperature working conditions. After cross-linking and curing, it forms dense low-dielectric polymer films with excellent moisture barrier and aging resistance, which is applicable to the preparation of high-frequency circuit substrates, electronic insulating coatings and precision electronic packaging materials.
