Product Description

1. High-activity Silicone Synthetic Intermediate

This product is a high-reactivity difunctional alkyl chlorosilane monomer with two reactive Si-Cl bonds and double butyl long-chain alkyl structures. It can undergo controllable hydrolysis and polycondensation reactions to synthesize dibutyl modified polysiloxane, silicone oil and silicone resin. The introduced long alkyl chains effectively optimize the molecular flexibility and lipophilicity of conventional silicone materials.

2. Low-surface-energy & Lipophilic Material Modifier

The symmetrical dibutyl alkyl structure features excellent low surface tension and lipophilic stability. It can be grafted on the surface of inorganic and polymer materials to build a dense alkyl protective layer, significantly reducing surface polarity, improving hydrophobic and lipophobic resistance, surface lubricity and anti-adhesion performance of materials.

3. Organic-inorganic Interface Compatibility Regulator

It serves as an efficient interface modifier for composite materials. The reactive dichlorosilane groups can bond with hydroxyl groups on inorganic filler surfaces, while the long-chain butyl groups enhance compatibility with organic polymer matrices.
