Product Description

1. Long-chain Alkyl Modified Silicone Monomer

This product is a high-performance monofunctional alkyl chlorosilane containing dual isobutyl branched chains and long-chain octadecyl linear alkyl structure. With high reactive Si-Cl bond activity, it can undergo hydrolysis and polycondensation to introduce composite branched-linear alkyl segments into silicone molecular chains. It effectively improves the lipophilicity, molecular chain flexibility and low-temperature ductility of conventional silicone materials, realizing high-performance alkyl modification of silicone polymers.

2. Ultra-low Surface Energy Hydrophobic & Oleophobic Modifier

The integrated long-chain octadecyl and isobutyl branched structure possesses extremely low surface polarity and excellent chemical inertness. It can be grafted on the surface of inorganic substrates and polymer materials to form a dense and stable low-surface-energy protective film. It significantly enhances the hydrophobic, oleophobic, antifouling and anti-adhesion properties of material surfaces, suitable for long-term self-cleaning and anti-fouling functional modification.

3. High-lubricity Wear-resistant Functional Additive 

The saturated long alkyl chain structure provides excellent molecular lubricity and friction resistance. After surface grafting or resin copolymerization modification, it can effectively reduce the friction coefficient of material surfaces, improve surface smoothness and scratch resistance, and endow coatings and polymer products with outstanding wear resistance, compression resistance and long-term lubrication stability.

4. Weather-resistant & Anti-corrosion Coating Reinforcer

The stable saturated alkyl composite structure has excellent UV aging resistance, thermal stability and medium barrier performance. Applied to industrial protective coatings and outdoor functional coatings, it can effectively block the penetration of moisture, oxygen and corrosive media, improve coating weather resistance, chemical corrosion resistance and durability, and extend the service life of protective systems in harsh environments.
