1. Long-chain Alkyl Silicone Polymer Synthetic Monomer
This product is a high-activity trifunctional long-chain alkyl chlorosilane with three hydrolyzable Si-Cl reactive sites and stable saturated octadecyl linear alkyl segments. It can undergo uniform hydrolysis and polycondensation reaction to synthesize high-stability long-chain alkyl modified silicone resin and polysiloxane polymers. It effectively improves the lipophilicity, film-forming property and low-temperature flexibility of conventional silicone materials, realizing high-performance alkyl functional modification.
2. Ultra-stable Superhydrophobic Surface Modifier
The straight-chain octadecyl structure possesses extremely low surface energy and excellent chemical inertness. With multi-point cross-linking reaction characteristics of trifunctional chlorosilane, it can form dense, cross-linked and durable hydrophobic films on the surface of glass, metal, silica and other inorganic substrates. It endows materials with excellent water repellency, anti-fouling and self-cleaning performance, featuring stronger bonding stability than monofunctional silane modifiers.
3. High-lubricity Anti-wear Functional Coating Additive
The long saturated alkyl molecular chain provides outstanding surface lubricity and friction reduction performance. After cross-linking and film-forming, it can significantly reduce the surface friction coefficient of coatings and polymer materials, improve surface smoothness, scratch resistance and mechanical wear resistance.
