Product Description
1. Reactive Functional Silicone Polymer Intermediate
This product is a typical bifunctional reactive silicone polymer with amino-propyl terminal active groups and flexible polydimethylsiloxane main chain. The terminal primary amino groups possess high chemical activity and can undergo ring-opening, addition and condensation reactions with epoxy, isocyanate and carboxyl groups. It serves as a key flexible modification intermediate for synthesizing silicone-modified epoxy, polyurethane and polyamide polymer materials.
2. High-performance Polymer Toughness Modifier
The flexible PDMS main chain provides excellent molecular flexibility and low-temperature ductility, while the terminal amino groups achieve uniform chemical grafting with organic resin matrices. It can effectively improve the brittleness defect of traditional cured hard polymers, significantly enhance the low-temperature toughness, impact resistance and stress relaxation performance of composite materials, and optimize the mechanical balance of rigid and flexible properties.
3. Low-surface-energy Waterproof & Anti-fouling Coating Modifier
The polydimethylsiloxane segment has ultra-low surface energy and excellent water and oil repellency. After being grafted into coating systems through amino group cross-linking reaction, it can spontaneously migrate to the film surface to form a dense silicone protective layer. It effectively reduces the surface friction coefficient, improves the waterproof, antifouling and self-cleaning performance of coatings, and enhances outdoor weather resistance and chemical inertness.
4. Organic-inorganic Interface Compatibility & Adhesion Enhancer
The terminal amino functional groups can effectively improve the interfacial bonding force and wettability between silicone materials and inorganic fillers, metal substrates and polar resin matrices. It eliminates interfacial micro-defects caused by poor compatibility, improves interface bonding stability, and significantly enhances the peeling strength, water resistance and long-term service stability of composite coatings and adhesive systems.
