Product Description

1. UV-curable Silicone Modified Monomer 

This product is a high-performance bifunctional active silicone polymer containing terminal methacryloxy unsaturated double bonds and flexible PDMS backbone. The terminal methacrylate groups possess excellent UV curing activity and free radical polymerization reactivity. It can be copolymerized and cross-linked with acrylic monomers under light initiation conditions, serving as a core functional monomer for synthesizing UV-curable silicone-acrylic composite materials.

2. High-transparency Toughness Reinforcement Modifier

The flexible polydimethylsiloxane segment effectively compensates for the high brittleness and low toughness defects of traditional pure acrylic cured materials. It can uniformly infiltrate into the resin network to realize micro-toughening modification, significantly improving the impact resistance, bending toughness and low-temperature resistance of composite films while maintaining high visible light transmittance and structural uniformity.

3. Low-surface-energy Anti-fouling & Wear-resistant Coating Additive

The PDMS molecular chain has ultra-low surface energy and excellent lubricity. After UV cross-linking and curing, the silicone segment migrates and enriches on the coating surface to form a dense and smooth protective layer. It effectively reduces surface friction coefficient, endows the coating with outstanding waterproof, antifouling, self-cleaning and scratch resistance, and improves long-term wear stability of the coating.

4. Weather-resistant & Anti-aging Composite Material Modifier

The stable Si-O-Si backbone features excellent thermal oxidation stability and UV aging resistance. Introduced into acrylic and composite coating systems, it can effectively inhibit molecular chain degradation and yellowing failure under long-term outdoor exposure. It significantly enhances the weather resistance, chemical corrosion resistance and service life of high-grade transparent protective coatings.
