Product Description

1. Asymmetric Controlled Cross-linking Silicone Precursor

This product is a special asymmetric hydroxyl-terminated polydimethylsiloxane with unique monodihydroxy differential reactive structure. Different from symmetric bifunctional silicone monomers, its asymmetric hydroxyl activity gradient enables gradient and controllable cross-linking reaction. It effectively avoids excessive cross-linking and brittle failure of traditional silicone systems, and is suitable for preparing low-stress, high-toughness and high-flexibility silicone elastomers and resin materials.

2. High-uniformity Polymer Interface Modifier

The asymmetric reactive terminal structure can achieve uniform and directional grafting with polymer matrices and inorganic fillers, avoiding random cross-linking and local agglomeration problems of conventional hydroxyl silicone modifiers. It optimizes the interfacial compatibility between organic silicon segments and polar resin systems, significantly improves the dispersion uniformity of modified components, and enhances the overall structural stability of composite materials.

3. Low-stress Waterproof & Anti-fouling Coating Modifier

The flexible PDMS main chain provides excellent low surface energy and hydrophobic antifouling performance, while the asymmetric hydroxyl curing characteristic effectively releases internal curing stress of the coating film. It improves the defects of easy cracking and poor flexibility of traditional modified coatings after curing, endows the coating with excellent water resistance, antifouling and self-cleaning properties, and maintains long-term surface integrity under alternating temperature environments.

4. Precision Electronic Potting & Insulation Material Additive

Featuring low volatility, low stress and high structural uniformity, the asymmetric hydroxyl-terminated silicone can form dense and flexible insulating protective layers after curing. It effectively reduces the internal stress of electronic potting colloids, avoids material peeling and deformation caused by stress concentration, and improves the insulation stability, moisture barrier performance and dimensional stability of precision electronic packaging systems.
