1. Asymmetric Single-ended UV-curable Functional Modifier

This product is a high-performance asymmetric single-functional reactive polydimethylsiloxane, featuring unique single-ended methacryloxypropyl active group and inert terminal structure. Different from symmetric double-ended curing silicone, its single-ended polymerization activity realizes directional grafting and unilateral cross-linking. It effectively avoids excessive network densification and toughness attenuation caused by full cross-linking, serving as a core modifier for preparing low-stress, high-flexibility UV-curable composite materials.

2. High-transparency Micro-toughening Agent for Acrylic Resins

The flexible PDMS main chain possesses excellent molecular ductility, while the single-ended acrylic active group ensures uniform chemical bonding with acrylic resin matrices. It achieves microscopic toughening modification without destroying the macroscopic uniformity and light transmittance of the resin system. It significantly improves the bending resistance, impact toughness and low-temperature crack resistance of pure acrylic cured materials, maintaining high optical clarity of coating films.

3. Low-surface-energy Self-cleaning Coating Reinforcer

The inert PDMS segment has ultra-low surface energy and excellent hydrophobic and antifouling properties. Through directional single-ended cross-linking curing, silicone segments stably anchor on the resin network and migrate to the coating surface to form a smooth and dense low-surface-energy protective layer. It effectively reduces surface friction coefficient, endows coatings with durable water repellency, antifouling and self-cleaning performance, and avoids surface powdering and peeling caused by excessive cross-linking.

4. Low-stress Weather-resistant Composite Material Modifier

The asymmetric single-ended curing structure effectively releases internal curing stress of polymer materials, solving the defects of high internal stress, easy warping and cracking of traditional fully cross-linked silicone modified systems. Combined with the excellent UV aging resistance and thermal stability of Si-O-Si backbone, it significantly enhances the long-term weather resistance, structural dimensional stability and service durability of outdoor functional coatings and composite materials.
