1. Asymmetric Single-ended Addition Curing Modifier
This product is a high-performance asymmetric functional polydimethylsiloxane with single terminal vinyl active group and opposite inert silicone structure. It features unilateral hydrosilylation reactivity without full cross-linking network restriction. It can undergo precise addition curing reaction with hydrogen-containing silicone monomers, enabling directional grafting modification. It effectively avoids excessive cross-linking density and internal stress accumulation of traditional double-ended vinyl silicone, suitable for high-precision silicone material customization.
2. Low-stress & High-toughness Silicone Elastomer Modifier
The flexible PDMS main chain provides excellent molecular flexibility and elastic recovery performance. The asymmetric single-ended curing structure forms a loose and ordered cross-linking network, which significantly improves the structural toughness, tensile ductility and low-temperature resistance of silicone elastomers. It solves the defects of high hardness, poor toughness and easy brittle fracture of fully cross-linked silicone materials, realizing rigid-flexible balanced mechanical properties.
3. Uniform Low-surface-energy Functional Coating Additive
The inert PDMS segment possesses ultra-low surface energy and excellent hydrophobic, antifouling and anti-adhesion properties. Through single-ended fixed-point curing and anchoring, silicone chains regularly migrate and distribute on the coating surface to form a uniform and stable low-surface-energy protective layer. It endows coatings with durable self-cleaning, lubricating and scratch-resistant properties, and effectively prevents film shrinkage, warping and peeling caused by over-curing.
4. High-stability Composite Interface Regulator
The active vinyl group can be efficiently copolymerized and bonded with organic resin matrices and unsaturated monomers, while the inert silicone segment optimizes the interfacial lubricity and water vapor barrier performance of composite systems. The unique asymmetric ordered structure eliminates interfacial phase separation and micro-defects, significantly improving the dispersion uniformity, weather resistance and long-term structural dimensional stability of composite materials.
